Exceptionally, in accordance with the Law, your personal information recorded in our files could be made accessible to the relevant Fiscal and Tax Authorities or any other Public Authorities under formal request as part of an investigation.

C. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The use of the website www.puralopez.com (from now on, PURA LOPEZ, the “website” or “online shop”), as well as the purchase of any of the items available and use of the services offered at the website will be subject to the user’s prior acceptance of these TERMS AND CONTIONS OF SALE (TACOS). Please read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE before you continue using our website.
These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE may change from time to time. We recommend that you read carefully these TACOS every time before starting the purchase process. Any changes in the TACOS will be communicated to our users through our website, our newsletter or using other electronic means of communication such as email.
C.1 USER REGISTRATION
Please keep you User’s id and password in a safe place. Once you have registered, you can access your account information at any time where you will be able to modify the information, and monitor the status of your orders.
If you detect any misuse of you personal information please contact us immediately by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have forgotten your User’s id or password, you can request a new one by accessing the link “Sin In” and “Forgotten your Password?” You will receive an email with a new password. With the new password, you can now access your account and change your password by clicking in “Change Password”.
C.2 PURCHASE ORDERS
To complete a purchase order you will be prompted to enter your personal information. You will be asked to introduce your real name, shipping address, email address, phone number and other information. You will also have to select the payment method and introduce you credit card information.
C.3 ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Once you have selected the items to purchase and have completed the ordering process you will receive an email with all the details regarding you order. This email does not imply an acceptance of the order, it is just a confirmation that we have received your request and we are proceeding to verify all the necessary information.
The acceptance of the order and therefore, the contract for sale, will commence when the products are shipped. The sale’s contract is executed in Spain and the official language will be Spanish.
The orders received are subject to approval by PURA LOPEZ. You must accept the TERMS AND CONTIONS OF SALE. PURA LOPEZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order if the payment information provided by the user is not correct or is not accepted by the bank, the items are out of stock, in the event of any foreseeable transportation problems, or any non-compliance detected regarding the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES of the website.
Articles added to your “shopping cart” will not be reserved and other clients may have access to the same items.
C.4 METHOD OF PAYMENTS AND PRICES
Accepted payment methods are the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, 4B. You can also pay through PayPal. Bank transfers or C.O.D. will not be accepted. PURA LOPEZ uses a secure payment platform with encryption. PURA LOPEZ will not store the credit card information in its files.
By using credit/debit cards the user confirms that the card used belongs to him/her or that he/she has been authorized to use it by the credit card holder. All credit card transactions will be subject to a security and verification process. PURA LOPEZ will not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations of the purchase orders in the event your bank does not authorize the transaction.
Prices are stated in EUROS and include VAT. For shipping destinations such as Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Canarias and Gibraltar will be shipped under DDU terms without VAT and you will be responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. For these destinations extra shipping charges may apply due to custom clearance costs. Check the shipping cost charged on the CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT screen before you complete your purchase.
The prices for all items sold are expressed in EUROS. Prices shown in other currencies are just for your reference and are subject to changes depending on the applicable exchange rate. All payments and refunds will be executed in EUROS. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the exchange rate applied by your bank on the day we process the transaction. Please note that exchange rates used by banks vary and these many not be exactly the same as the prices specified in our website.
Customers purchasing from a country member of the European Union will be served under DDP terms for whom the prices stated in our website will already include all relevant import duties and taxes. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Canaries, Gibaltrar) will also be charged for customs clearance costs. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from UPS or MRW or an import broker appointed by you. Before you complete your purchase, we recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine any other costs you may incur.
If your shipment was to a destination within the EU, for any returns or exchanges all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through PURA LOPEZ. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office.
The prices specified in our website do not include shipping charges. In the section “SHIPMENTS” bellow you will find the information related to the transport costs for each country depending on the size of the order.
C.4.1. Purchasing sizes 35 and 41
Sizes 35 and 41 can be purchased in most articles, after being confirmed by us, with a postponed delivery date, as long as the item is not reduced at that time. This period is approximately four weeks, the estimated time of production. The size activation request can be made through the email email@example.com, indicating style, colour and size; Once activated the purchase can be processed, in whose process and confirmation the estimated date of shipment will appear. No refunds or promotional codes will be accepted as they are considered customized orders.
C.5 SHIPMENTS. Destinations, costs and insurance.
Shipments to P.O. BOXES will not be accepted. Please check the list bellow for the countries we are currently serving.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the shipment and the country/region of destination. Shipping charges specified on the table above are just estimates and may change. Check the shipping costs at the end of your “CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT” screen before you complete the order process.
Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors we cannot control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or payment verification procedures from your bank.
PURA LOPEZ is responsible for the merchandise on every shipment during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. To complete the purchase process all orders must be signed at reception of the goods. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that of the delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfilment by PURA LOPEZ and the responsibility will transfer to you in the same way.
Once the goods have been invoiced and shipped to you will receive an email confirming the status of your order and the transport agency’s tracking number. If you have created an account with us you will be able to verify the status of your order though our website by singing in to your account.
C.6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
C.6.1 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. FREE COLLECTION SERVICE
The return or exchange service is free of charge.
To return or exchange any of the items received you must request a Returns Authorization Number up until 14 days after the reception of your order and you must return the goods within 14 days of the reception of your Returns Authorization Number.
You will receive the refund within 30 days of the reception of the goods in our warehouse after verification that the goods have been received in perfect conditions. You will receive the refund through the same payment method you used for your payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with all the original packing and labels. Please try the shoes over a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the sole. Any returns or exchanges may not be approved if the goods are not returned in perfect condition.
You must always include the Return Authorization Form with the Return Authorization Number singed by you in your parcel to help us identify the goods and process your refund promptly. If the Return Authorization Form is not sent together with the goods, the returns may not be accepted and returned to you at your own cost.
All our goods are subject to a quality control before shipping. If you receive a product with any faults please notify us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No returns will be accepted for customized orders (see section C.4.1).
Please follow the following steps to return any items:
1. 1. Click on “Sign In” at the top you screen. You can either sing in to your account by entering your User Id and password or use the box “DIRECT ACCESS TO ORDERS” introducing your email address and the order number you want to act on.
2. Once you have selected your order select “RESTURNS AND EXCHANGES”. Choose the articles you want to return and mark “RETURN”. Please write a brief comment on why you are returning the item. This will help us improve our service.
3. You must accept the RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY by ticking the box.
If you have received the goods via MRW (Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar)
- a) You will receive an email with a summary of your request for RETURNS/EXCHANGE and your RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please, print the email, sign it, and introduce it inside the parcel. We remind you that the goods must be returned within 14 days from reception of your Returns Authorization Form.
- b) The request for pick up will have been automatically generated and it will be automatically scheduled for the following day. If you are not available for collection the following day please contact MRW to reschedule collection. You will find an authorized tracking number printed on the Return/Exchanges authorization form. If you need to contact the transport company (MRW) to arrange collection make sure you make reference to the assigned tracking number.
If you have received the goods via UPS ( Europe, except Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar)
- a) You will receive an email with a summary of your request for RETURNS/EXCHANGE and your RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please, print the email, sign it, and introduce it inside the parcel.
- b) You will also receive a transport return label in a PDF file attached to your email. This transport label will have the return address to our warehouses, an authorized tracking number and the transport company assigned for collection printed on it.
- c) Please print the transport label and attach it to the parcel or hand it over to the transport agency when they come for collection. We remind you that the goods must be returned within 14 days from reception of your Returns Authorization Form.
- d) The request for pick up will have been automatically generated and it will be automatically scheduled for the following day. If you are not available for collection the following day please contact UPS to reschedule collection. Printed on the transport label you will find the tracking number for your return shipment. If you need to contact the transport company (UPS) make sure you make reference to the assigned tracking number. Please note, the assigned transport agency will not accept the collection if you do not have the valid Return Transport Label with a tracking number which has been authorized by PURA LOPEZ
Please send all items you wish to exchange or/and return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. The collection service is free.
You will be refunded the costs of the goods (excluding shipping costs) in a few days (no more than 30 days), after reception of the goods in our warehouse and verification that the goods are in perfect condition and packed correctly. Please contact email@example.com if you have any questions about the Returns and Exchanges process.
We are only able to accept exchanges for a different size of the same article and colour, or for the same size if the item is defective. Acceptance for an exchange will be subject to stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for a different article please request a RETURN and place a new order.
You will enjoy a one time free shipping on the exchanged articles on each order. Please send all items you wish to exchange or/and return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
To arrange an exchange please follow the same procedure as described above on the “RETURNS” section. Please select the “EXCHANGE” option on the articles you wish to act on and select the new size required.
C.6.4 ORDER CANCELATION UNDER THE DISTANT SELLING REGULATION (DSR)
If your order has been shipped to a member country of the EUROPEAN UNION and under the DISTANT SELLING REGULATION, you have the right to cancel your purchase order, provided you send to us written notice up until 7 working days after your order has been received. Our free collection service does not apply under the DSR regulation; therefore you must cover the cost of the return shipment. We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as it is your responsability to take reasonable care that the goods reach our warehouses and will be liable for any damage to them. Please use a secure and trackable transport company and ship the goods to the following address:

Under the DSR regulation you will receive a full refund for your good and the transport costs. Once you have received your notification of cancellation you will receive an email with your Returns Authorization Number. Please print this document and introduce inside the box.
Please not that all items must returned unused and in perfect condition. The return must be made from the same country where you received the goods. We will refund the full cost of your goods within 30 days of their reception in our warehouse and after they have been checked by our quality control staff.

C.6.5 DEFECTIVE ITEMS
A) WHEN YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM
All our articles are subject to a quality inspection before leaving our warehouse. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. If you receive a defective item please follow the RETURNS or EXHANGES process described in the previous section within 14 days of reception of your order.
B) ITEMS WITH MANUFACTURING FAULTS DETECTED AFTER USE
Goods are also classified as defective where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you encounter a defective item please send us an email to email@example.com with a brief description of the problem and a photograph to help us identify if it is a manufacturing fault. If we detect a manufacturing fault we will arrange for collection and our technicians will examine the shoe.
We will offer to repair faulty items, where possible. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund (excluding taxes and duties for Switzerland, Norway, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar) if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
C.7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The use of this website or its contents grants no rights to the user in relation to any copyrights, trademarks, brands, logos, images, graphics or photographs including the programming code and the data bases. All content in this website belongs to Dalp Internacional S.L. and they are protected by national and international Property Rights treaties. Any reproduction or distribution of the contents in this website is prohibited and may result in a violation of applicable law.
C.8 UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE
This website and its contents are for the purpose of retail distribution and therefore for the use of final consumers. Third parties are prohibited from copying, distributing, reproducing, publishing, or engaging in any commercial activities using the services, contents or products on this website. It is strictly prohibited for parties, other than Dalp Internacional S.L., to make use of this website, its products or contents for commercial use.
C.9 APLICABLE LAW
The Terms and Conditions of Sale and all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Spanish law and the courts of the Kingdom of Spain will have exclusive jurisdiction.
